Gleuto Serafim is a businessman and entrepreneur, a technologist and an enterprise architect, a trainer focused on leadership, a human strategist, a published author, a speaker and a life coach.
Gleuto is currently the Chairman of Tecala Group, a holding company with several businesses. Gleuto is also the CTO of Tecala ICT, an Information Technology firm subsidiary of Tecala Group, focused on Enterprise Architecture, Infrastructure Optimisation with a great emphasis on Information Systems Security and Corporate Governance.
As an entrepreneur, Gleuto has focused on Innovative technologies working with the best global companies providing enterprise architecture solutions fostering market leading initiates by working closely with organisations that want to take their groundbreaking solutions to the market.
Gleuto has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Southern California with a major in Religion and Ancient Languages, a Bachelor of Computer Sciences from the University of Newcastle, a MBA from Heriot-Watt University in Scotland, a Master of Information Systems Security from Charles Sturt University, and is currently on his last phase of his post doctoral studies, writing his dissertation in Applied Management and Decision Sciences with a major in Information Systems Ethics at Walden University in Minnesota, United States.
Ana Ouriques is the vice-president of the Australia Brazil Business Council and the Director of Rüppells Griffon, a progressive data analytics and geospatial solutions company.
She has a deep interest in technology, innovation and business, and has been working in the science and technology sector for over 16 years. She is a specialist in location intelligence and geographic information systems (GIS).
Originally from Brazil, Ana moved to Australia twelve years ago to lead the geospatial teams of some of the world’s largest engineering firms. She has worked on major mining and utilities projects throughout Australia and South America, for companies such as Rio Tinto, Glencore Xstrata and Vale.
With her goal of pushing the geospatial and data science technology envelope, she founded Rüppells Griffon and Rüppells lab.
In less than a year, her company has doubled in size and their projects have spanned across the private and public sector, including The NSW Department of Education and City of Sydney.
Ana holds qualifications in IT, Engineering, and Environmental studies. She is very passionate about education, inclusion and diversity.
Ana believes in collaboration and partnerships as a tool for growth. As a member of the council, she aims to drive forward the council strategy and extend partnerships with industry leaders, to improve industrial relations and achieve successful results.
